TIMRAN concluded its 2023 G.C General Assembly meeting

The General Assembly (GA) evaluated TIMRAN 2023/24 G.C performance report and approved 2024/25 G.C activities plan.  

In the opening the GA chairwoman Melkamsew Solomon briefed the event schedule to the participants and then the GA board member Rabel Desalegn presented the board activities annual report.

Following TIMRAN Executive Directress, Eyerusalem Solomon, delivered the 2023/24 G.C activities performance report; the Finance Officer Elias Debebe presented the yearly financial report and Soliyana Chartered Audit Firm representative delivered the external financial audit report. After questions and opinions, the GA participants unanimously approved the reports.

In the afternoon session, Hawi Geleta, TIMRAN Program Manager presented the 2024/25 G.C. activity plan and approved by adding vital ingredients.  

In the fiscal year TIMRAN will celebrate her 5th year establishment anniversary; thus, the board Chairwoman, Meskerem Geset, delivered initial points and the GA agreed to perform different events and concluded the meeting.

The GA meeting was conducted both offline and online.

TIMRAN is an indigenous not-for-profit civic organization registered by the Agency for Civil Societies Organizations (ACSO) in March 2020. TIMRAN emerged as a local nonpartisan civil society organization dedicated to advancing women’s participation in politics and public decision-making in Ethiopia regardless of their political opinion or party affiliation.

የ2016 ዓ.ም የትምራን ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ ስብሰባ ተጠናቀቀ

የጠቅላላ ጉባኤው ስብሰባ ትምራን በ2016 ዓ.ም የነበራት እቅድ አፈጻጸም ሪፖርት የተገመገመበት እና የ2017 ዓ.ም እቅድ የጸደቀበት ነው።

በመክፈቻው ላይ የጠቅላላ ጉባኤው ሰብሳቢ መልካምሰው ሶሎሞን የዕለቱን መርሐ ግብር ለተሳታፊዎች ገልጸዋል። በመቀጠል የትምራን ቦርድ አባል የሆኑት ራቤል ደሳለኝ፣ ቦርዱ በዓመቱ ውስጥ ያከናወናቸውን ተግባራት ሪፖርት አቅርበዋል።

ከዚያም የትምራን ሥራ አስኪያጅ ኢየሩሳሌም ሶሎሞን የ2016 ዓ.ም ተግባራት እቅድ አፈጻጸም፣ የማኅበሯ የፋይናንስ ባለሞያ ኤልያስ ደበበ የዓመቱን የፋይናንስ ክዋኔ ሪፖርት እንዲሁም ሶሊያና የተመሰከረላት የክዋኔ ኦዲት ድርጅት ተወካይ የውጭ ክዋኔ ኦዲት ሪፖርት አቅርበዋል።

የጉባኤው ተሳታፊዎች በቀረቡት ገለጻዎች ላይ ጥያቄ እና አስተያየት ሰጥተው ሪፖርቶቹ በሙሉ ድምፅ ጸድቀዋል።

በከሰዓት ውሎ የትምራን ፕሮግራም ሥራ አስኪያጅ ሐዊ ገለታ የትምራን የ2017 ዓ.ም እቅድ ያቀረቡ ሲሆን፣ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤው ማስተካከያ ግብአቶችን በማከል እቅዱን በሙሉ ድምፅ አጽድቋል።

በበጀት ዓመቱ ውስጥ ትምራን የተመሠረተችበትን 5ኛ ዓመት የምሥረታ በዓል የምታከብር በመሆኑ፣ የቦርድ ሰብሳቢዋ መስከረም ገስጥ ለጠቅላላ ጉባኤው ባቀረቡት መነሻ ሐሳብ በመነሣት የተለያዩ ሁነቶች ለማካሄድ ስምምነት ላይ ተደርሶ ተጠናቅቋል።

የጠቅላላ ጉባኤው ስብሰባ በአካልም፣ በኦንላይንም የተካሄደ ነበር።

ትምራን ያለ ምንም አድልኦ ሴቶች በፖለቲካዊ እና በማንኛውም ሕዝባዊ አስተዳደር ጉዳዮች ላይ ጉልህ ተሳትፎ በማድረግ ውሳኔ ሰጭ የሆኑባት ኢትዮጵያን የማየት ራእይ ያላት በኢፌዴሪ የሲቪክ ማኅበረሰብ ድርጅቶች ባለሥልጣን በመጋቢት 2012 ዓ.ም ተመዝግባ የምትንቀሳቀስ ሀገር በቀል ሲቪክ ማኅበር ነች።
