Beyond representation, women need meaningful change

ከውክልና ባሻገር ትርጉም ያለው ለውጥ ያስፈልገናል። ሴቶችን በሰላም ግንባታ እና በሀገር አመራር ውስጥ ማሳተፍ ለኢትዮጵያ መረጋጋት አስፈላጊ ነው። ከይስሙላ ተሳትፎ ወጥተን ተፅዕኖ ፈጣሪ ለሆነ ሚና የምንተጋበት ጊዜ አሁን ነው።

Beyond representation, we need meaningful change. Involving women in peacebuilding and national leadership is essential for Ethiopia’s stability. Now is the time to move past symbolic participation and strive for roles that carry real influence.
